  6. INTRODUCTION:
  7.      This is a simple game which allows users to ask any question, and
  8.      receive any answer, from the Delphi Oracle. It's pretty much self-
  9.      explanatory.
  10.  
  11.      One note:  There are *NO* Macintosh based bulletin board systems in
  12.      Utah, nor am I running a RRH, Second Sight, WWIV, or Mansion system
  13.      myself (since with college I'm never in one place for longer than
  14.      two months!).  That means: I haven't been able to exhaustively test
  15.      this (or any other) of my programs.  Which means, if you run into
  16.      problems, LET ME KNOW! and I'll try to fix them ASAP.

  20. INSTALLATION:
  21.      The steps to installation are simple.  Follow the steps outlined below:
  22.        •  Using the New Folder menu choice in the Finder, or an equivalent,
  23.           create a folder for the Delphi support files.
  24.        •  Copy the Delphi application to the same folder as your
  25.           bulletin board.
  26.        •  In your host bbs application, set up a menu choice where you want
  27.           to run an external application, in this case Delphi.  In Red
  28.           Ryder Host this is done with MenuEdit (for more in-detail help,
  29.           please refer to your Host manual).  In Mansion, this is done
  30.           through the built-in menu editor.  In the WWIV system, pressing
  31.           the proper key while waiting for a call will bring you to the
  32.           external application setup.
  33.        •  Run your bulletin board, and launch Delphi.  This will allow
  34.           you to enter the correct pathnames via a dialog box, as well as
  35.           giving you the option of a log file or no log file (marking when
  36.           people have entered or exited Delphi).  Setup and running the
  37.           application work ONLY if you launch from your bulletin board
  38.           application, otherwise Delphi does not find the "Launch BBS"
  39.           or corresponding file (depending on which bbs program you are
  40.           using) that it requires to work correctly.  If you need to re-
  41.           configure the Delphi after moving your bbs application or
  42.           the folders, you simply need to drag the "Delphi Options" file
  43.           in your system folder to the trash.
  44.        •  Quit from Delphi, and your bulletin board will now be able to
  45.           run the external door. OTHER INFO:
  46.      If you are running under multifinder, select the "No Local Echo" in the
  47.      sysop menus, and the window will not appear.

  53.      As a reminder, THIS IS SHAREWARE.  So, if you use this program, please
  54.      remember: it costs money to buy compilers! :-) If just 10 of your users
  55.      get a kick out of using Delphi, they can all pitch in $1 and you'll
  56.      be registered!

  60.      bulletin boards may distribute this program with the documentation, in
  61.      StuffIt or Compactor format, freely, providing that they do not gain any

  63.      with any commercial software without the author's written permission.  User
  64.      groups  are free to distribute the program in monthly disks and to include the
  65.      program on any CD-ROM (such as BMUG's PD-ROM) or public domain library,
